Ragnarok Online High Delay and Random DC

Hi, I'm currently playing ragnarok online on celestial server. the website of the game is Celestia Ragnarok Online. I've been playing for a few months now and my gameplay has always been smooth till 4 days ago it started to get dc every few min and had very high delay up to 6 seconds sometimes. I tried everything i could like restarting modem, restarting pc, delete and reinstall the game, redownload the latest client and reinstalled the game. But the problem is still there. I tried checking my internet speed, browsing and watching videos. Everything is great except playing ragnarok. I even called my internet service provider and they check my connection is working great. I've exhausted almost every option and now on the verge of giving up.
