Question about Speedfan...again...

There is a temperature called Temp1 in speedfan and the "Chip" name for this reading is ACPI, no numbers or anything.

I just want to know what exactly this temp is. Is it the chipset temperature? Maybe the motherboard in general temp?? I don't have any idea...somebody give me a clue please
