Question about reflow ot new Sony notebook

hi there
I have by myside sony netbook. i dont see other big chip except processor chip. It has some folio on front side. If i have to make video card stable i have to heat that chip right ? I dont see other variant, but i am
required to ask before make stupid things.

I know that the effect is not always few years lasting.

I atach 2 pictures. Don`t see any model of notebook.
