Yes you can. However, you'll lose your Linux. To run dual operating systems you need Windows on the 1st partition of the 1st hard drive. Windows followed by Linux.
If you let XP take all the drive, then Linux will automatically take the amount of disk it requires and leave Xp good. Linux will install a Boot manager. You then select which ever OS you want at Boot.
NB. After this install Xp will go to a Blue checkdisk screen, just let it run and all will be OK.
