Hello, ive recently rebuilt my computer- new motherboard, and videocard, and power supply.(ASRock A770DE+, CoolerMaster SilentPro 600w PSU, Saphire Radeon HD 6870)

My temps and voltages are;

CPu temp- 42'
M/B temp- 35

Vcore: 1.336v
+3.3v: 3.28
+5v: 5.064
+12v: 12.249

Ive run into a problem. Which is- when I power on my system, it will occasionally work, but half the time, 1 of 2 things will go wrong:

1. My motherboard emits 10 or 11 beeps, and does not POST, load windows, output any screen at all

2. My hard drive is not detected.

I've attempted a bench test, removing my motherboard from the case, and using only 1 stick of ram, CPU, GPU. I found that this problem can avoided by replacing my video card with an older video card (Radeon HD 2600xt)- and it will start every time without fail, not just intermittently as with my new graphics card(HD 6870)

So, I figure- my PSU must not be outputting enough power for my entire system, or alternately, my video card is faulty.

Im leaning towards a power supply, so can anyone tell me if this PSU would meet the requirements to run my system: OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W

or I should play it safe and buy this OCZ Fatal1ty 750w

Or reccomend another PSU for the same price, or another recommendation for solving my problem.
