A friend e-mailed me some pictures today, and they came as PSF files. I dowloaded them and they wont open in any programs I have. Is there any way I can convert them to JPG or BMP?

I would try going to a place like downloads.com or tucows.com and looking for a graphics conversion program. PSF files should be paint shop but not 100% sure.
