Hey all,
My ps3 has worked fine with a ethernett cabel connected to it directly from the router.
Now, after i've moved to a new house the ps3 is located approximately 20 meters away from the router with no possiablility to move any off them closer to eachother, and a ethernet cabel wont be an ok way to solve it beacause my parents dont want a cabel running around the entire house.
- some of the walls are made of concrete and my room is located in the second floor and the router in 1st.
- My pc is right next to the ps3 and can get 10 mps download speed(our internett is 20mps if you go downstairs), however the ps3 only gets 10% connection and this resulting in the internett being VERY unstable.
- i have a Linksys E4200 router
- the ps3 is the old version, not the slim one.

Anybody have any suggestions for how to solve this? (is my ps3 to old? dead ps3? need to open ports?)

Sorry for any misspelling, english isnt my primary language
Thanks in advance,
Nykaas.

Hey mate, Welcome to TSF

I believe you can get a Wireless Repeater or Booster which could help.

Other than that, I can't think of a way around it.

I have the same issue myself..
