I have piece of text in a series of merged cells in an Excel 2016 file. I want that message to be a reminder to do something any time I am using the spreadsheet. Is it possible to have the background colour "blink" on/off while the spreadsheet is open?
Also, is it possible to have a pop-up message appear when I open OR when I save the file?
I am not a VBA user, but can follow detailed instructions.
