Every time i open a program that runs in the foreground, a separate command prompt runs as well also in the foreground, that takes up a taskbar spot. It seems like the program should be running in the background, but its in the foreground. Whenever I exit out of either one, it closes the window that its related to.
For example, if I open Outlook.exe, it opens outlook like normal but it also opens a command prompt with it named Outlook.exe. It is not editable, and it seems to be a read-only cmd prompt. Is there a setting that enables/disables this? It opens with outlook, IE, even explorer.exe upon startup
