I just installed a new iMac along with my Microsoft Office 2011 but when I enter (also called the support line) it says the product code is 'not valid'. How do I fix this, please? It is a legit. program.

Well, DUH, Corday. Thanks for the reminder. I'm busy trying to activate an installed program when I can just reinstall from the CD ... something my tired mind forgot after setting up this new desktop and transferring files. However, one last question, please. The activation response was that I had used it to my limit. So ... when I uninstall it on my old computer, will that free up a usage or is it done?
