when i reinstalled windows xo everything seemed to be running fine then i let one of my friends on i dont know what happened everything seemed to be running slow so i checked my processes list in task manager and some processes were taking up 50 k to 150 k im not sure if thats virutal memory or not but it is slow down my computer such as pauses in video games programs freezing for long amounts of time and such any ideas on what may be causing this ? if so please tell me

right now lime wire is taking up the most memory at 200,000 k and next behind it is firefox taking up 170,000 and then teatimer.exe is taking up around 90 000 um which kind of specs are you looking for motherboard or memory sticks or what?
