I have a computer that runs windows me, and for the last few months ive had this virus, and i cant get rid of it, i cant find the boot disk, and the only things i can open are internet explorer and my computer, but nothing like task manager or any other programs.:4-dontkno

You are in the wrong place for this question.

The problem is no body is writing programs that will work with ME. As you probably know is old and not supported anymore. I have no idea if the programs we use can even run under ME, but you can try.
