If this is the wrong place for this, please have it moved, thanks in advance,

I can't use my usb, I need it for my Ipod, I called apple and all they said was there is a problem. Is there anyway I can test it, or perhaps get it replaced/repaired?

First to determine what the problem is, try hooking up the ipod in a different USB slot. Make sure that it is USB 2.0. If the ipod works in that slot that means your ipod is ok. Try hooking up another USB device up to the USB slot that isnt working. Post back the results.
