My Lightscribe DVD Writer/CD Writer Windows XP service pack 3 is not recognizing CDs and wont burn CDs. Help

is it listed in the device manager with no yellow alongside
uninstall it and reboot

usuallly hit the delete key as the computer is in the post screens
it will say which key on one of the screens
