Hi there,

When I try to connect to hotmail via the start menu I get the error message shown in the attached hypersnap.

Any idea how to resolve this?

I have had a few major problems with XP recently and had to reinstall from scratch, everything seems to be working fine now.

Glad all is solved.

I had taken another look at the bitmap and noticed that it referred to "rundll" - and not "rundll32" - a problem in itself as rundll is pre-XP.
