Problems on the Win2K Domain Controller

Hi All,
I found that there are some problems on the DC:
1. When double click "Internet Explorer", nothing prompt out. However, "iexplorer.exe" was existing in Task Manager.

2. The Symantec Antivirus Corporation 9 can't be updated through the "Live update". It's updated to the lastest version. When I was uninstalling, the MS Installer is holding and couldn't go on.

3. Some processes were executed twice or more automatically such as:
cmd.exe, D4.exe, net1.exe, net.exe
