the power was cut to my new computer on its first setup so windows did not instal correctly. now all i get is a message saying an error has occured and to click ok to restart the instalation. on doing this it just takes me back to the same message. does anyone know how to restart the windows first installation manualy or do i have to take it back to the shop? thanks si

clear the drive with killdisk
then format and install
