Here is what I would take a look at. First of all, you need to take a look at any BIOS updates to check and see if there are any issues addressed in any update. If there are any issues related to the video cards, then you need to update the BIOS.
The other thing you might want to look at is using the Omega ATI drivers in place of the regular ATI drivers. There have been some driver issues with the Sapphire drivers. Take a check here:
