Sorry but you really need to try and provide more info - i still cant understand the actual problem you have

for example

Nothing happend
so what does that mean - nothing happened - the screen was just blank and the pc stopped working
safe mode started and you had a desktop

and it didn't fix the problem
i dont know what the problem is now

so as i asked and sorry to bang on - but can you describe in detail what happens

Error 815. The broadband network connection could not be established on your computer because a remote server is not responsing. This could be by invalid value for the service name field for this connection ................................................... what does this mean ???

Error 815
your ISP server is not responding.
The probable causes are
1) that you have not set up your connection properly -
2) need to use the correct username,
3) need to use the correct password,
4) need to make sure DHCP is used

without a lot more detailed info on when this happens, make and model info, for PC, Modem, Router who the ISP is and also how everything is connected, i;m not going to be able to provide any help
