CD rom (Drive "D") is not showing up in My Computer, SCSI card is not working (has exclamation point in Device Manager- says it is not installed) and the sound card does not seem to be working. I removed the SCSI and sound cards, rebooted, shut off then replaced them and started up, still the same.

Hi and Welcome to TSF

I find this very puzzling just replacing the power supply. The only thing I can think of is that you did not connect the power connector to the cd-rom but the others should be seated via the motherboard.
What is your computer specs and plz list the power supply specs

Yes it's definitely puzzling. I tracked down the guy that built it for me and he is going to fix it today and give me some long overdue upgrades. I've had it opened up six or seven times making sure all cables are connected etc. and cannot figure out what could possibly be wrong.
