Can you help.
About three weeks ago I tried to sign into my hotmail account as usual through Messenger.
A window opened saying that this account did not exist. This was at the time that Hotmail changed to Hotmail Live.
I tried to sign in by resetting my password but this was impossible as it would only send the email to the account that I cannot get into.
I have tried entering by using my secure information, but I opened this account nearly ten years ago, and as much as I have tried I am entering the wrong information.
I have tried MSN Support but all that does is send me an automated response which is of no use.
Can somebody suggest how I can get back into my account...

If I recall well Hotmail will close unused accounts after some time (1 month or 3 months, can't remember). Have you tried to connect manually ?
