Hi, this is my first post here, and I'm not very good with computer tech, so please bear with me.

I bought a Macbook in August, and so far it has been running fine(Mac OS X v10.5.6). But, I decided I would like to play games on it, and with the limited gaming options for Macs, I used Bootcamp to install Windows XP on it(a bit of background here, I used the Windows XP Home Edition SP1 installation disc from our home desktop computer, a dell, that it came with). I got through installation pretty smoothly, and after about an hour I had Windows XP up and running.

So, I decided to try and hook it up to the internet, but for some reason, I can't get it to work. Our house's internet is wireless, with our home desktop connecting directly to the Netgear source, and our other laptops connecting to the internet through our desktop. I filed through the Internet and Network connection options in the control panel, and I couldn't find anything for wireless internet, only dial-up. I checked one of our up and running laptops(a dell and windows user) to see how it connected, and I saw that there was a wireless internet setup wizard. I can't find anything like that on my Windows, and I'm guessing because it is pretty outdated, being SP1, but I'm getting extremely frustrated after 3 hours of waiting on hold at the microsoft and geek squad support lines, especially after getting immediate and effective help from the Apple support line. This is a final, desperate act and any help would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
