hello. i have a problem with my windows vista pc. Everytime i start the computer and it has finished booting, it shows a small window on the desktop more like a property window and in it , it says the ffg.

it then also shows an option to restore it back.regardless of the option i choose, it just brings out a blue screen and i cannot access anything. please what can i do about this.
