I am having problems with sending an email with an attachment from My Documents using OE. If I open OE and create mail, then attach file, I can successfully send the email. If I highlight a file in My Documents and use the option available "email this file", the email will not go thru, even though OE goes thru the motions of showing the "sent mail" bar. I notice also when I choose to use the latter option, the file size is reduced by one quarter. For example, I wanted to send a 24kb Word doc file and it became 18kb and the email did not successfully arrive at its destination. I know the first option works, but my wife, who uses computers but needs the procedure simple, wants to use the latter to send her completed word files to another destination for printing of those documents. Help please.
