hi i hv a sony vaio vgnfe855e that i hv for 3 yrs and 3 months ago my laptop don't wanna work it only said that i need a window installations disc. but i tlk to someone and that person told that i can go on internet to look for recovery partition put i dont really know about computer so what should i do
