Problem with display lights

I recently posted the following topic in order to fix connection issues with my Sony PSP.
http://www.techsupportforum.com/f222/solved-psp-connection-issue-495162.html#post2791117

I an attempt to fix the issue I used the Internet browser page that you use with routers to change settings. (Done by typing my IP Address in to the address bar)

A solution presented to fix the PSP problem was to change the broadcast channel to 11. Which I did. No other settings were changed.
Since that time I have been unable to to access the setting pages, And my IP address has been changed from what it was to something different.
Also, the Internet/Modem lights on my Router no longer light up, Even though my internet is still working wirelessly and wired.

I have tried rebooting and unplugging all router/modem cords with no success.

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type CMD then press Enter to open a command prompt:

In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following command:

Note that there is a space before the /ALL, but there is NOT a space after the / in the following command.

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter to copy the contents to the clipboard.
Paste the results in a message here.

If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.

Where the IP address says 10.1.1.3, It should say 192.168.2.1 as that is what I typed to get into the browser configuration page.

Your router is currently at 10.1.1.1, that's the address you need to use to access the configuration.

What's the exact make/model of the modem and the router?
Typing 10.1.1.1 allows me to access the configuration page for my D-Link DSL-504T Router.

192.168.2.1 is the configuration page for everything connected wirelessly to my Belkin N150 (Which isn't working). The Belkin is the one I'm having issues with. The Belkin is connected to the D-Link through an Ethernet cable running from an Ethernet port on the D-Link to the Modem port on the Belkin. The Modem port on the D-Link is connected the to Phone line.
The problem was resolved with Belkin this morning, Thank you for your help.
