I have a technical problem. When I install the hp3550 driver which is download form the hp.com, an error message come out, "need hp cd file 'hpfmom09.hlp'.

Yes this is... I have driver from original CD too, some problem..

Can you browse the cd to see if its there? It should most likely be placed in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\hewlett_packarddeskjd18c (this is where mine is for HP3820) so you should have a similar folder.

Thanks for your help. Printer is yet again function. I deleted all old driver and reinstal driver.
