problem while installing deep freeze software

hi,
when i was trying to install faronics deep freeze on my windows xp sp3 newly formatted computer giving me an error something 01#1111.....

and after clicking ok button computer get retarded

i want to install deep freeze on my computer,

also i have installed license antivirus.


plz help me i really need that software. to insstall on my computer.
