Problem w/ Wireless Router

I have an SMC7004VWBR and can't seem to get an IP address from my provider, my DHCP server, etc. Everything about it seems to work, it gives out IP addresses when equipment requests, I can get into the gui interface and change setting, etc. I tried resetting back to factory setting as well as updating the firmware. Nothing seems to make this thing actually get an address. I know there's nothing wrong with my provider or my network since everything works on it except this router. I keep getting this error msg when I try to renew:

I've tried to change the lease length but no dice. I'm pretty experienced with this type of equipment but I can't for the life of me figure out what may be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just cheap and don't want to throw it out if it still works. Thanks

I can't set the time on this router. It sets its own time through NTP servers. Its too "smart" to have a stupid user like me set the proper time and since it can't get out to the real world, it'll never set the correct time. -razz:
Thanks for the reply. The only thing I haven't done is leave it on for a long time and maybe it'll eventually get an ip address. Like I said before, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but when I plugged a non-wireless router in, it got and ip and anything I plugged into it was able to get out. It's definitely localized to this piece of equipment. I just can't figure out why it's replying back to my DHCP server with a decline because of an "invalid lease" Any other thoughts? Thanks.
