Problem w/ Wireless Router

I have an SMC7004VWBR and can't seem to get an IP address from my provider, my DHCP server, etc. Everything about it seems to work, it gives out IP addresses when equipment requests, I can get into the gui interface and change setting, etc. I tried resetting back to factory setting as well as updating the firmware. Nothing seems to make this thing actually get an address. I know there's nothing wrong with my provider or my network since everything works on it except this router. I keep getting this error msg when I try to renew:

I've tried to change the lease length but no dice. I'm pretty experienced with this type of equipment but I can't for the life of me figure out what may be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just cheap and don't want to throw it out if it still works. Thanks
