I was having issues with my old system drive so I bought a brand new SSD and created a recovery USB to install Windows 10 on it. Every time I try and install Windows it gets to about 70% then comes up with the error "there was a problem resetting your pc. No changes were made."
I'm now wondering if my problems with my old system drive weren't actually the drive itself.

What could be causing this? Is there a way to fix it?
