Try booting into Safe Mode and removing the file from there. You can also try manually removing the file using a CMD prompt. Or you can try and app such as Delete FXP Files (http://www.jrtwine.com/Products/DelFXPFiles/) or MoveOnBoot (http://www.snapfiles.com/get/moveonboot.html).

the problem i have is with my external hard drive.
there is folder which i m not able to delete,which has a file with the name USBCP[]wa and it infecting my other folders, and i m not able to play any media files, and thsi particular file when i try to delete is giving teh message " cannot delete USBcp[]wa
please help.....
