The problem is the following:
My windows is on C:\ and I am trying to format it this way:

Format XP by booting from XP CD using an aborted setup

1. Formatting an XP System Disk by booting from the XP CD and using the setup
routine is initiated by selecting ENTER at the first window. Example follows
in step #2

2. When you see the "Welcome To Setup" screen, you will see the options below

This portion of the Setup program prepares Microsoft
Windows XP to run on your computer:

To setup Windows XP now, press ENTER.

To repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console, press R.

To quit Setup without installing Windows XP, press F3.

3. After selecting ENTER you will be prompted to accept the EULA and then be
given the option to choose the location to install XP. You choices will
include deleting partitions. Choose to delete the XP partition and any other
partition you want to remove and then press ENTER.

But when I pres Enter after som few time the computer TURNS OFF without me doing somethig!

Are you hitting F8 to get past the EULA agreement?

The instructions are on the bottom of the screen during the setup process.
Well in fact it looks as if I am doing everything right and now I notice that the computer turns off on differenet moments from the INSTALLATION. Interesting?!
