I have only started having the following problem After running spybot I am shown the following.

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Cont rol\Lsa

Spybot cannot fix the problem I get the message,
(some problems couldn't be fixed,the reason could be that some of the associated files are still in use (in memory))
Is this something I should worry about.

I have tried running adaware, ms spyware,
I have tried running them in safe mode and with system restor switched off

Try downloading and running a manual scan with Ewido Security Suite

Be sure to turn off real-time scanning and use it in manual mode for now.
If that doesn't bag the nasty, then I would post a HijackThis log in the appropriate forum and let those pros have a look.
