Thanks for the response, Geekgirl. Didn't have any luck. The printer is an Epson Stylus Photo 890. I've reloaded the driver - no change. I've tried printing to a second printer, Star NX-2420. Problem persists. The problem appears to have something to do with the type of file or something. The problem exists with any cancelled check image I try to print. It doesn't matter which bank account I access. I can bring the image up on the computer screen but it will not print. Will continue to try to locate what is causing my problem. Further suggestions would be appreciated.
Printing problem

I'm running IE7 on xp. My problem occurs when I go to my bank's page to print out a cancelled check. I can bring the image of the cancelled check up on my screen, but when I go to print it I get an outline of the check with a graphic icon in the upper left corner inside the outline. When I attempt this process on a different computer running the same IE and xp I'm able to print out the cancelled check. Any ideas?
