Can you suggest software (preferably free) that i can use to monitor printing jobs? one that uses account names and passwords for rpinting?

We share an EPSON T10 in our workplace and we would like to monitor who is printing how many and when so that expenses will be divided according to how much the printer is being used.

How is the Epson connected to the network? I assume it is set up as a network printer. In which case you can't monitor in the way that you want. To monitor you would need the software running on the device that is accepting the print jobs. In the case of a network printer, the printer itself is accepting the print jobs.

the printer is only installed in 1 pc. no network printing. can you suggest even just a way for me to check the printing history? that would be really helpful. thanks a lot
