printing envelopes

I did a mail merge envelope which I have done many times. Today however, the envelopes print fine for a while and then they print the address on the top. Some in between don't print anything. I tried printing one at a time and it works a bit and then goes to the top again. I really don't know how to correct this. The preview is perfect. Any advise?
