Hello,

First time on this forum: I have a client running a Windows 2008 server, Windows 7 OS. We set the default printer as the server file cabinet printer, however, between logging off in the evening and back on in the morning the default printer switches to his local printer.

Thank you ahead of time for thinking about this and offering solutions.

What's the Make and Model of the Printer? Is this a networked printer?

Thanks for the reply. I'm tracking down make and model #'s today. This client is 400 miles away so attempting to talk to correct person. Will post as soon as I have the information.
