Printer not doing anything

I have no idea how to do that.
How is the printer connected to your computer? Is it USB cable, or Wireless?
Press the Windows key +X and choose Apps & Features. Uninstall all Epson software. Unplug the USB cable from the computer end and restart the computer.
Go to the Epson page for your model and download the driver and software for your model
SPT_C11CD11201 | Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4640 | WorkForce Series | All-In-Ones | Printers | Support | Epson US during the install, it will tell you when to plug in the USB cable to the computer.
There is also a manual, and FAQ section at that link for any further questions on installing.
