I have attached pictures of the preference box I used to have and what I have now including the advanced options and about. I like the options within the preferences I had before. Is there anyway of getting that back? I'm thinking I had an update which changed it on me.

I updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10 several months ago, this change happened within the last few weeks.

Brother solutions did not help and I can't find any other source for information on what to do.
My printer is a MFC-9970CDW.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like Windows 10 changed something. Did you go to the Brother site and see if there is a new printer driver for Windows 10 for your printer?
