Can someone tell me what pps files are? - and perhaps why I cannot open them when they land in my Inbox?

Can I convert them to something else, in order to view them?

I do believe that these are MS Powerpoint files.

Go here and download the viewer, Actually if you don't have MS Office I would download most of them.
