Hi, I'm new here

I'm in a mutimedia class right now, and I just have a quick question about powerpoint.

What steps do I need to take, to add sound to just a single page, but not to the entire presentation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

i do my own homework. i don't think it's fair if i ask or pay someone to do my homework. however, the professor is asking that we post a question and have someone answer it so we can get use to using this type of forum for future reference. you know what i mean? i'll post the answer to my question and email the link to benjamin (my professor) and see if i get credit for this. thanxs anyways. peace out!

here it is for those who asked:

Insert sound:

Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ Entertainment/ Sound Recorder

Click on the red button to record and the black rectangle to stop

File/ Save As/ and save it with a name and in a folder you will remember

Insert/ Movies and Sounds/ Sound from file

Go to the file, click on the name of the sound and click OK

Welcome to you both.

What efforts have you made yourselves to solve this? What have you tried? Anything?

I'm afraid we don't do homework here.

Glad you got it sorted.

You'll appreciate that the best way to learn is to try things yourself. If you then have a problem, we'll be glad to help. We receive many requests that are so obviously a homework question, and there is no value in us providing an answer that the student doesn't really understand.

Hope you'll stick around the Forum - it's quite possible that you may be able to help others...
