Hi all

Just go a new power supply but its got a 24 pin motherboard connector with no converter. I live in the UK anyone know wher I can purchase a 24 to 20 power supply converter.

All fixed. The power supply is a Enermax 485 Watt Silent. On looking closer at the 24 pin plug I noticed it could be split into a 20 pin and 4 pin plug. So it can be used without the need of an additional cable to convert it.

that's actually really cool.

i've never seen one of these that will split, but those people were using their heads when they designed that power supply.

kudos to enermax, seriously. that's the sort of thinking the world needs.

Just for the sake of discussion ??!!


The Antec Tru-Power 2 has the same adaptability / the extra or optional 4 pin connection will easily remove from the main body of the mobo connector.
