first work out what capacity your system requires, put your specs in here
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp
based on a quality supply and add 30% to the end result

i already did that power supply calculator for the old post. it came out to like 400 something. maybe 430?
yes.
also i have used a 305 power supply until i got new graphics card which uses up a little less than 80 watts, so 305+80 is a lot less than 400 something
Dai's second choice link smokes all of the ones you have given in the poll.

I strongly suggest you add the Antec Trio 550 watt to your poll; and that can be bought for about $70.00 maybe even less!
the 650 watt would be the smartest move in my opinion; you could bring that unit forward with your next upgrade, most of the ones you have listed would be left behind by the next generation specifications

the Antec Trio 650 is about $100.00 after rebate
i don't know how to add to the poll.
i don't know what you started it for in the first place, you are more likely to attract some one selcting by eny meny miny mo
you are better off looking at the replies you receive
i got lots of replies.
but they were all reccomending different supplies

650 is over 100
you would use that one if you are planning to rebuild in the future to save having to fork out the cash again
the first one i listed is well under that one in price
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103928
and will run your present sytem with no problems
Dai's choice of the Antec 430 (trio model ONLY) is a very solid choice

but for $79.00 after rebate you can buy the antec Trio 550 watt

either of the TRIO series units are 85% efficient >>>> thats very important!

The Antec True Power 550's are only 70% efficient which is the bare minimum to meet the PSU standard= not a good thing really

The unit P-gal has listed is a VERY high class unit; Seasonic is the KING or psu units IMHO

you cant go wrong with any of these discussed here; you could put on a blind fold; choose one and live happily ever after!

just for discussion sake: The Antec SP-500 is a medium quality unit at best / 70% efficiency rating

The coolermaster 500 watt I Green series (Igreen's only) are 85% efficient units = nice unit

I am of the opinion (as well as a couple of our other staff members) that Enermax has lost their quality control in recent months, if you read thru several of the feedaback comments from various enermax units in Newegg listings you will see several "reviews" which stated early deaths, blew up, DOA when they opened the box. I used to love enermax units, but I think they have turned to cheaper components to cut cost. I dont buy them any more. Have a look at several of the units discussed by our staff members replies, there wont be much if any negative talk about them in the newegg reviews, they are all high quality units. I am running an Enermax now in this box, 600 watt Enermax 701 model, but I dont buy any more for my builds. All my high class units where the customer is not looking for cheap, all get Seasonic, Silverstone, Fortron ect

When I need to save bucks, the Antec Trio's are then up to bat. After that comes the 30 & 60 day warranty machines.

The entire Antec Tru-power line is medium & 70% eff

The super flower = scary

coolermaster other than IGreen series is scary

The OCZ units are very good, but I have a gut feeling that for the money you can get more than 450 watts from the Igreen series or TRIO antecs?????

good luck; ask questions enjoy the research; I guarantee it will pay off for you! You have already tackled the steepest slope in this journey; knowing that you cant buy a good unit for under $70.00 Bravo

Here's a 430W Antec TruePower Trio (not 2 as above) for $68.99 http://www.directron.com/tp3430.html

Here's a Forton 460W for $66

Personally, the Antec TruePower Trio's, the Seasonic and the Coolermax iGreen are very good choices IMO.
I am wondering.
if i chose igreen or antec, which ones should i get. these are probably my top choices
as long as the Antec is a TRIO in 550 or more and the Igreen is a 500 or more

it doesnt matter; both are excellent !
i've narrowed it down to
Antec True Power Trio TP3-550
Antec True Power Trio TP3-430
and the coolermaster igreen power supplies, but i can't find them on newegg help!
