Quite frankly, while your power supply is almost new, there is just no way in the world it will pull that rig with that video card. Thermaltake isn't known for great power supplies and that is also against you.
Therefore, you need to read the power supply information under my signature, run the calculator, then add 30% to your total and it will tell you the bare minimum you need for the power supply. You also will need a very high amp unit for that rig. I would estimate that you will need a minimum of a 650 to 700 watt name brand supply to pull that adequately.
