Bill! Go into POWER OPTIONS in your control panel. Thats where you get to the "turn monitor off" setting.

Power Save Mode
Hi all long time no see
You know when your monitor powers down after about 10 mins when you haven't done anything. Well mine used to do it all the time as it's meant to but over the last few weeks half of the time it doesn't do it and I'll go off to work and have to turn it off manually.
Anyone know why?
