Hi,
Take the motherboard out of the case and place it on a piece of cardboard or a non-conductive surface...... use only the CPU, Motherboard, Heatsink and fan on and connected to the motherboard, video card and monitor, keyboard and mouse, off/on switch, and one stick of memory, the ATX connector and the square 12 volt molex connector. Nothing else should be connected, no hard drives, no pci cards, etc....Turn it on and see if it stays on. If it does, then you have a short either between your motherboard and your case or your motherboard standoffs and your case.
The other instance that could cause this is if your CPU is getting too hot. Did you use ARtic Silver or teh factory thermal pad?
A power supply can also be the cause. It would be a good idea to list more specs, like CPU, list the motherboard not in a link but post it, same for other componets like the video card. Then we can get a better picture of what is wrong.
