have you tried taking two one gig matching sticks


put one stick in the ram slot closest to the cpu / then skip over one slot and put the second stick in slot number three >>>>> thats all ????

I personally have never had good luck overclocking when using two x 512 and 2 x one gig sticks (four slots filled ????)

something is goofy >>>>> its impossible to get dual channel with three sticks of memory ????????????????

32 bit xp or 32 bit vista dont like 4 gigs of memmory ........64 bit xp & 64 bit vista loves big memory configs


2 gigs is plenty even for the most intense gamers
