Hello Pete and Welcome to TSF!

Please subscribe to this thread to get immediate notification of fixes as soon as they are posted.

You have more than merely pokapoka. It's a bad case of multiple infections which requires extensive work.
But before we begin, I notice that you have more than one anti-virus programs on your machine. That's not a good idea!!

Alike firewalls, anti-virus programs have conflicts co-existing with each other & may produce undesirable results. Please uninstall ALL leaving only one of them.

Unless otherwise stated, they should be stored in same directory as the HiJackThis program.

I need Assistance with 2 Reports.

In my previous post (http://www.techsupportforum.com/showthread.php?t=75534) I was told to run WinPFind and Track Qoo. Please help me out. Thanks.

Here is the WinPFind report.

WARNING: not all files found by this scanner are bad. Consult with a knowledgable person before proceeding.

If you see a message in the titlebar saying "Not responding..." you can ignore it. Windows somethimes displays this message due to the high volume of disk I/O. As long as the hard disk light is flashing, the program is still working properly.

Hi and Welcome to TSF

Please run the fixs and reply back in a timely manner. Waiting 10 days before running a fix or replying back is a waste of our time and yours and you'll be reinfected with something else. Continue with the fix until it's complete and we will give you advice and tools at the end to prevent this from happening again.

Before attacking an adware/spyware problem with hijackthis make sure you have already run the following tools. Download and update the databases on each program before running.

Also make sure you are using the the latest version (1.99.1) of HijackThis and it's installed in it's own folder on the root drive. (C:\HJT)

Download KillBox http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/spyware/KillBox.zip

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:
  • Empty Recycle Bins
  • Delete Cookies
  • Delete Prefetch files
[X]Scan local drives for temporary files (Please uncheck this option)
  • Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. Reboot/logoff when prompted.

Reboot into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

Click START…RUN…Type in regedit. Make sure just “My Computer” is showing in the left pane and click..FILE….EXPORT…and save a copy some were in case you make a mistake. Now navigate to each of the following keys and delete the file/folder/entry I highlighted in RED.
