my daughter had avirus on her laptop, we had it completly wiped, tried to connect to our router again and need a ssid number which we found and still cannot connect because of what we think is something to do with a firewall, i really havent got a clue about laptops and connections, can anyone please help :wave:xx

in addition to the SSID you also have to input the wireless encryption passcode.

What wireless router do you have?
